Just go in to Services SA and they will do a new one for you.
Transfered mine from QLD a couple of years ago.

First you need proof you are a South Australian resident, or a SA *Service customer number and this will transfer to your licence number when you change over your licence.
(*not exactly sure that is their name but they do the rego and licence stuff)
I still haven't changed mine over yet after copping a number of fines and demerit points through the mail With no connection to my NSW licence number they can't attach the points to my licence Sounds silly but it definitely effects insurance costs etc so I'm holding out as long as possible. The other benefit is the reluctance a Police officer has to immediately issue a fine to an out of state licence holder, lots of paperwork and headaches, a stern talking to type warning is easier
