Human error in parliamentary car crashes
Five collisions between commonwealth vehicles and bollards at Parliament House were likely down to human error, a Senate committee has heard.
There could be an easier and quicker way to find out.
I imagine there is/was a manager involved at the time of the incidents .....
Ask him "Hey, how did that happen mate ?"

You only need to work close to a polly to learn about "Plausible Deniability," that lie that could be twisted in a way that doesn't look exactly like a lie if you get caught ....The long version, looks like dog sh*t, smells like dog sh*t, but no one is willing to taste it to determine it is a load of dog sh*t so there is always that lingering doubt it isn't a load of dog sh*t at all and you might get caught out by saying it definitely is dog sh*t if someone actually did taste it and said it wasn't dog sh*t, cause then you would have to taste it to see if they were telling the full story ... and so it goes on
