Getting a new exhaust fan & flap in the ensuite- good 12 volt man at Redcliffe.
Bruce back after about an hour with new fan/hatch which he had is stock. $80 for part & $40 labor.

Well seems that today is not the day Kay. Their solicitor miscalculated stamp duty by $100K which they didn't have so they are scrambling to find it. If they don't complete they have gifted us 1/4M but we would much rather they found the rest.
Here for training for at least 2 months anyway, part of the contract.
Hoping settlement proceeds tomorrow.

Getting the campervan organised tonight for a weekend at Yinnar and Boolarra for their Folk Festival. :D
Not much to do, a bit of food, clothes, Ukes and songbooks........job's done 8-)
