George asked me to thank you all for your birthday messages. 
It was certainly an event filled day for sure. Started with G being told to strip down to his jocks so the dermatologist lady could check some of his "spots" got the all clear so off home we headed. Just coming up to a busy intersection and I was just about stopped when a 4x4 zoomed up on the left hand lane then I saw a bike rider and his bike collide with the 4x4 
and they both flew up into the air. I got out and got the man onto the nature strip and did what needed to be done till the ambos and cops arrived. From what I could see the man had a badly smashed face and a broken shoulder/arm. His bike was a totalled right off and in 3 pieces. Anyway the ambos got there fast and then the coppers. They took the 4x4 driver off and did the drug and drink tests but didn't ask if there were any witnesses , the ambos pointed us out to the cops but they didn't ask us a thing?? so after 45mins we headed for a surprise birthday dinner at Mannum with the usual crew in attendance. Finally home at 1030pm and G man is already in bed after his excitement and drama filled day.. ------- Hint-------- always have a fully ready to go first aid kit and gloves in your car just in case..... Shall give the RAH a call tomorrow to see how the poor fella is...
