Hi Phil the kids are in Flagstaff Hill so any where within 15/20 minutes, most likely south of them as that is where most of the SIL family lives. Mum does not want to be further would be too far from the grand daughter.

Hope to have the house ready by the end of next week to go on the market just hope for a quick sale. Cheers Robert.
