Morning all from foggy Maryborough. Gradually unpacking the van as it won’t be used for the rest of the year. Finding the humidity a bit of a challenge after Tassie. Temps have been in the low 30s since we arrived home. Looking forward to autumn if it ever comes.

Hi Helen and all hope to have our agent settled by the end of the week. So many of them only seem to want a quick sale to their advantage and not much enthusiasm from them.

Soon as it is on and we have a definate contract then we can start the serious looking in SA. Mum has been talking to a couple of agents down there and they seem to know there business in helping people buy with in there price range and not trying to nudge you higher. We will see but stay tuned, cheers Robert

Important to chat to a few people who live down in SA as there are a few areas that just aren't kosher at the moment.
Like most cities I guess?
I know you wish to be within traveling distance to your family but when talking Adelaide there are a few areas just outside that are still a short drive away.
It's a big investment & you might not get a second chance to get it right.
