Vans are like a living thing!!!

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Vans are like a living thing!!!

It doesn't matter ,if you use your van for a few weeks a year. Or live on the road full time like Barbara and I . You van is always evolving. You add something here , you modify something there, you replace this with that.
Barb and I lived in Tanunda Caravan Park for 2 years, while i was still working. And all the perm residents where nice people , and we always had BBQ's just about every weekend together.and pick up some good ideas ,and had help doing some of them. And helping them with something on their van.
But on the road full time for the past 4 years. It's never ending the different way you see how people have don't things to their rig. Rarely do you see that 2 vans have the same modification done the same way. I love this lifestyle and the people I meet and the different ways I learn that people do things . Then you have to take a bit of this idea and a bit of that idea to modify something to the way you want to do it for your van lol

When we were first developing ideas for a bus conversion we travelled to every rally and motorhome get together. We soon learnt that a camera had to be also accompanied by a tape measure, pad and pencil and every photo needed an identity that matched up with the notes, we ended up putting the owners name and vehicle type on the fisrt page of the notes and including that in the first photo, sort of worked.
When it came time to putting it all together, we needed two busses to put it all in
