Pulled it from Bellata to Bendermere. Noticed spring in awning roller broken so rolled up by hand. Driving through Moombi, nth of Tamworth, a caravan repair sign. Did a u turn. Fixed in 30 min. Much easier than trying to get done at Port Macquarie. Almost new 2nd hand for $75 instead new for $250.

Do have a switch to turn it on and off or do you have a throttle control

Hino has a fuse, a switch on the accelerator pedal (foot off the pedal to operate), switch on clutch pedal (foot off the pedal to operate), switch on steering column (stalk up or down, not sure) light on the dash when operating and magnetic valve to operate the actuator at the exhaust when feet are off the pedals and the stalk switch is in the correct position. Any broken wire or poor connection will prevent operation of the brake, the switches are all in series. (ie. On the Hino).

Thanks Bob , mine is air activated at the exhaust but there are electric switches as well .
Just cant find where all the switches are . Could be even the light bulb on the dash stopping it from working .
There are two switches' under the bus on the brake foot valve could be one of them ?
Hampered by wet weather at the moment, to get under . I don't know if I can use multi meter there but will try when I can .
It all looks good at the stalk but would have to remove the steering wheel to check further....but I couldn't remove the steering wheel awhile back when I had the chance of a "flash" steering wheel...so that's not gunna happen . The wires at the wheel are all in a module...I don't think the problems there ? I'll keep looking when I can .
