NEW RECORD set for getting OUT of bed... Today the bed exit was 4pm. Yesterday was a real rotten Oh woe is me day ( a real nasty cranky sore bitch) G rang the clinic as it seemed that weird stuff was happening.... Impossible to swallow even with taking all the steps to knock the pain.. Weight down again, shaking, copious amounts of pure yuck coming up all the time, BP unstable, high diastolic of 110 then down to good ol 85 ?? Anyway I found it better to sleep propped up as the yucky stuff didn't fill up the throat so bad.. At 9am the Oncologist rang to see how I was doing and he told gman to up the fentanyl patches to 3 every 3 days woo hoo, up the Dexamethasone tab to 1 daily, also do the eucalyptus oil steam treatment. . How many (now retired) Drs even bother with you after you walk out their office let alone when they just retired? I see his colleague this Friday so will see what is next. I know we have a way to go till we start to get to the "getting better stage" and that should be within the next 2 weeks at the most, just got to hang in there and not to be a sooky la la (poor Gman) It is well over 12 mths now since I had a nice steak.
