Sleep question

Why, when we can’t sleep, are we told to count sheep?
Why not count goats, pigs or dogs?
Answer: Sheep are easier to count because they are baa-coded.

Ray many years ago was told this way. On Inhalation count to 6, count 4, & on breathing out count to 7. Has worked all these years for me when needed.

You just fall to sleep Chuckles so I never know how many times I do it but certainly does not seem long!

Well there ya go, I was told you had to run the sheep through a gate and count the legs, then divide by 4 to get the sheep count, then run them back through and count the ear and divide by 2 and see if the count tallies. If it doesn't you have to start again

I was told that was the method used for the Tasmanian Census: count the number of heads and divide by two...
