Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Morning Bob n Helen n Kay n Lesley n Robert n Tanks .
Bit of excitement here yesty arvo around 4pm , for the first time I rang 000 . Contract slasher started a fire on the opposite side of the main road from our home . Only took seconds to get a good hold as it was still around 38 degrees and windy .
But all good it luckily didn't jump the road and the fire brigade was soon on hand .

Good morning all from our hotel bed in Dunedin NZ at 9.43 am. Our domestic flight from Auckland was delayed 2.5 hours so we didn’t arrive at the hotel until 1 am. The weatherman says it’s 14 degrees outside and partly cloudy. Max temp should get to 19. We’re feeling a bit stuffed so just going to explore the town at our own pace today.

Enjoy your day wherever you are.

Had a productive morning:
• Emptied the last of the (good) soil from our trailer into prepared holes in the new garden bed (which is mostly clay and compacted sand hard as rock) in readiness for planting of multitude of roses. Then returned trailer from alongside garden bed to its accustomed parking spot.
• Cleaned the carport of all the leaf debris from recent windy days. (Before putting trailer back! ;) )
• Made the bed.
• Rested on laurels and read a mag until SWMBO returned from medical/shopping trip.

See? Men can be useful... sometimes. :D
Regards & God bless,

Morning folks heading to high temperatures again for the next week so not much will be done. Getting quotes for house electrical work and removal of all palm trees. Take care Robert.
