And you though slide-outs were new...

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Ray, that's a fold-out, not a slide-out.

Don't you slide the coffin in and then slide it out?

Steve where were those pop tops ? Does any one watch that show about those "Tiny homes"? The last show they made one and the thing was made with solid wood and also had an old iron bath on the roof. How much would that thing weigh, and what would they tow it with?

Dottie,
Dunno what they'd tow it with, but with an iron bathtub on the roof, they'd have to take corners verrrrry carefully!!
 :P

That "caravan" is in a museum of sorts at Lockington, Victoria - about 30k south of Echuca. Worth a look if you're passing nearby. There is a photo of the tow vehicle - I can't remember what is was but it looked like a 20's tourer of some sort.

The green T model camper I think is owned or was owned by my spray painting TAFE teacher back in Wollongong NSW. He fully restored it to factory specs and took it to vintage shows. Had a funny story about the finished project not fitting out through the under house garage. Had a special set of wheels made so it was low enough to push outside once the roller door was removed. Later removed a number of rows of brick to get enough clearance, only to find the roller door was now too short by a few inches. He had removed an extra row just to be sure, if he had stuck to the original plan all would have been fine
