Good neww Dot. Get that bus rolling. Before you leave civilization, if you dont already have some, find a pair of hair thinning scissors. As your hair grows to be too long just have a chop at it with them. Makes a dyke cut last twice as long and as nobody knows you, who cares? Works for me on long trips. I am almost jealous, xxxx
Had a shopping day today, Aldi for his nibs then woolies for people fuels. Not only does all this frivolity eat holes in my wallet, it seems to take up most of the day. The rest of the day seemed to be on phone calls. I need a sleep to get over all this crap
goodnight one and all xxx

Another job done ready for departure. We both had our spike and dyke haircuts today
and the council mob emptied the septic so G got it all covered for the next 5 years.
Last chiro visit as well. It has been ever so cold the past week I will be so happy to feel the warmth of the sun. Time to head to bed e buys now so Goodnight everyone x
Goodnight Jon-d & Phoenix x

Time to start singing the beachboys and follow the sun hey Dot? xxxx
It sure is cold here, brrrr. Had another kiln day today, just a couple of plates for their first flatten out fuse. There were lots of tiny pieces that had to be put just right, before they started to melt together. So a fiddly job for the start of the day. While the kiln cooked, I did the ironing. First time for this year and hopefully the last too. What a waste of effort.
Sweet dreams everyone xxx

"tanks" here---
It is 4:15pm on this cold Friday and it has just started to rain at the Bunker, so I am getting rugged-up and watch the afternoon news before an early night in the sack with the electric blanket on low. Major is curled up at my feet and does not want to go outside where the temp is only 14c.
Keith.

Re: Nightly Goodnight Everyone
Happy packing up and cleaning out Dot xxxx
Gee Tanks, dont wander South then, most of our nights this week and next are back into single digits. That is rare here, even in the middle of winter, so to say it's cold is an understatement. I was very domesticated today. I had the kiln firing away, and while I waited for it to get hot, I finished off the mending/hemming pile. So at least the sewing is all up to date.
The kiln load was an experimental run, more to tell tomorrow after I can really have a good look inside.
Stay warm out there, xxxx

It is 15 degrees c outside at 08:15 this morning. I got out of my bed at 08am and think that I might do a "DOT" and go back and enjoy the electric blanket for a few more hours. Major spent about 4 minutes outside and was at the back door wanting to get back inside to his floor bed after a pat.
