She's in need of a knee-replacement.
Left lower wishbone in the front suspension has a severe crack in it. Discovered en route to visit Riverlander, BruceS, Homeless & Dottie. A weld-&-plate repair is legal in SA, NSW & Qld, but illegal in Vic.
So much for uniform road laws...No spare parts in Oz,
and US supplier (it's a Chevrolet chassis) is scheduled to do a manufacturing run this month.Parts ordered & paid for... awaiting word of arrival so we can transport said parts (need to replace ancilliary bits, too) to Loxton, where Girt is currently in Respite Care in the Machinery Shed at (Riverlander) John's place.

2: It's at a mine in SA. (But not one as yet identified, obviously!)
