I hope the next shot goes well and you get the relief you need.

Woke up this morning with the same headache, but a much more positive out look now I've had a taste of what's possible in the future, so fingers crossed. even if there are too many nerves need doing for a complete fix, a partial fix would be a great improvement

Terry we're sorry to hear you are going through so much pain.
Has anyone suggested oxygen? My brother has cluster headaches and the only way he manages them is with oxygen. Even carries it in the car.
Just a thought...
Hugs from Dee

Terry, I understand what you are suffering through. But here's hoping the next phase of treatment will give you lots of relief. You never know what the next smarty pants doctor will think up, there is always the hope of a cure around the next bend.

Re: A shot in the neck
"tanks" here T-1
I'm feeling your pain. I had something like that when I broke my C-5; C-6 [neck area] in a m/cycle prang back in 1982.
The only ease I got was when the Doc did manipulation under g.a. This moved whatever was upsetting the nerves. The g.a. was necessary because of the previous fractures. I had to have the proceedure again about 8 months later. Very little trouble since, but I now keep the neck flexible with exercise. Good luck with frying the nerves mate. Hope it works for you.
Keith.
I'm now 87 years old, having experienced another birthday, and I'm still living in WA, single (gave up looking), white hair, no teeth, no money, no worries.
I plan to have another birthday next year.
