What about part of a number of fingers that adds up to a total area of the pinky finger? Just loosing the pinky finger from the non dominant hand doesn't even out the playing field for those that have lost digits while working

If women go to the same shed as the men it is regarded as a community shed. We are getting a few womens sheds around now. Bruce an amputated finger is not a requirement but it shows the workers

Both Rutherglen and Corowa have Community Men’s Sheds.
Both have voted NOT to admit female applicants to membership.
State & national HQs have left it to each Shed to decide whether they admit female members.
As the concept is a men’s health initiative, Men’s Sheds are exempt from the anti-discrimination laws, in the same way that women-only gyms are exempt.
