President Clown’s Unbeatable Logic

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Come on NP, without political leanings one way or the other, what would people talk about? Religion :o don't go there  We could always all start taking photos of our meals and sending them across the interweb to an anxiously waiting fan base to see what we are eating so they can be just like us ......
I guess Donald has introduced the US and possible the world to politics via social media, so when the next generation take over the virtual meetings and interweb policy making will be more the norm than "WTF" that was the response back in 2015/16.
I wonder if Russia will bother trying to interfere this time? They might save it for the next election, if there is one ......

There many things to talk about in life if you live it, and not just exist within the ideological bubble of fantasy land. I have interests in many subjects and am constantly learning more new things, otherwise life is like living on a merry go round inside a revolving door existence and that's not living, that's, barely existing in my eyes. When I talk to my friends, it's never about religion as they have the same understanding as I. We do talk about politics sometimes, but only in the context of how stuffed it is. Most of our discussions revolve around music, nature, lots of science and technology, health, lifestyle and diet.

Sure the current political situation worldwide is diabolical, but there is nothing we can do, we had our chances to change the way we the people approach politics decades ago and just about everyone has stuck to the status quo. The results of that are clearly evident and as there is not one sane political party or politician on the planet, nothing can or will change.

As for religion, it's always amazed me how anyone in this day and age with the knowledge we have, still believes in such a deranged, destructive ideological myth and are petrified to call it out for what it is. On the other hand, just about every human on the planet is ideologically controlled, so it's understandable they steer clear of the truth in all things relating to human life and psychology. Even if they don't really believe, they still refuse to challenge the never ending false misleading religious claims, with the available facts.

What really bugs me is the religious are allowed to say what they like and never get challenged for it, but when someone challenges them with the truth, everyone crawls into a hole and supports religion. That to me is extremely bizarre, especially when the religious have the right say things, like god bless you, or god save you and many other hypocritical lying claims, yet non believers are not allowed to say bullshit there is no god and never was.

Until the majority call out religion for what it really is we will continue down the drain to oblivion. I'm sick of the double standards forced upon us by the religious, if you want to continue in that vein, that's fine and understandable. If someone invokes the name of yahweh to me in a false and misleading way, why don't I have the right to invoke reality to them and remind them of the truth of their beliefs, and not their proven lies and pathetic attempts at deceit.

Thought I read that Russia, Iran and china have been caught out trying to manipulate the current US elections, which is no different to the yanks trying to influence other countries outcomes. May the force be with you  :D

Terry I would love to be able to see a way out of the world political situation, but can't, can you :?:

NP, I did say not to start on religion, I won't delete it for the moment but please refrain from doing it again. Talking about religion often leads to insults in whoevers eyes equal to insulting your parents and van get out of hand real quick. I've even coped offence when referring to the Great Spaghetti Monster, so not even that one is safe

NP,
Religious people are not allowed to say what they like.
If you cast your mind back a few years, a Pastor was tried for vilification for saying that Islam was a violent belief system, not the religion of love & peace some followers claimed.
He was convicted & forced to apologise.

Same goes here Ray, please everyone, let's avoid the religious angst, we do have enough to talk about without it .....
Regards & God bless,
Ray

My apologies Terry, thought you were being light hearted. Only those who have something too hide or illogically defend, resort to personal insults. I wouldn't insult spaghetti with such a name, :( :o

The problem I have with Trump's politics is that it is all about going backwards. Society evolves new understandings and attitudes but Trump seems to rely on the older, rigid, demographic who want things to be what they were. Likely the older and single white males without much education know hat level of competence they have to get through a day like the ones before and are not confident they can cope with the new. I am lucky to have access to five generations and I learn most from the grandkids and great grandkids. My early childhood had no TV or phone (in the house) or a fridge (icebox did the necessary). My GGkids are already installing Apps on my phone and explaining Memes that pop up on TikTok and You Tube. My GGGKids have not problems with Transgender, Same Sex orientations, Racial differences, or anyone's need to believe in one of the many Gods out there. Trump and his followers seem to want things to be the way they were without understanding that the future is in front of all of us. The other thing I have issue with concerning Trump is that he values making money over keeping people happy and healthy.

Have you been watching the Trump Show and Planet America? Rudy Giuliani might find himself in a rather difficult position if Donald doesn't get re-elected, seems many news hounds believe he actively worked with the Russian intelligence to produce the mystery Hunter Bidden computer records that Murdoch splattered across his media platforms, but causing much Donald fury and name calling, no one else will carry because there is no back up support to the claims and even the jurnos who supposedly wrote the articles wouldn't put their names to it ...... even with the "Only in America" tendency to report nonsense on the front page and later retract it at the bottom of the dead news page days later, if they won't put their name to such a big story, the basis must be on very shaky grounds ....
