Bernie,
the part number for the timing case gasket is
Part 20-1
111322-0370
111322-0550
111322-0520
this is the right shape for the timing cover; not sure which number after that. The different numbers are for different OEM engines. (They must have made millions of them.)

Jon,
Part 20-1
or
Page 20-1
?
Now where do I get my parts from? Brett's Trucks keep Iveco parts? Doesn't look like it on their website.

Bernie,
Here is a photo of the fuel adjustment screw on my injector pump that you asked about. Half a turn in or out makes a difference.

Why didn't I see that when we were doing battle with it George? Is it well hidden below floor level

Re: Bernie and Carols Isuzu fit out.
Back to the future , I have removed the air intake manifold to give easier access to the injector pump . You can see in pic one before I hosed the degreaser off that there was oil present in the 5 ports from the left (cylinders one to five) number six had none .
The small intake thingy on top right is from the compressor , me thinks it has been giving oil to the manifold from there ?? " comments"
Also found the bracket for the throttle has almost wore through another required . The list goes on .
Jon the oil cooler which is under the manifold has signs of electrolysis small pin hole ( check yours ) so that also will be replaced I would say that at some time in its life it ran without coolant .
Bernie .
My mistake that small intake thingy is from the PCV so maybe that needs looking at as well .

Re: Bernie and Carols Isuzu fit out.
A cupple more pics first is the oil cooler cover you can see clearly the electrolysis .
The second is the timing marks on the fuel injector they seem to be a smidgen out .
Jon can you check in your paper work how to adjust that please when you get time that is .
All three of the timing marks on the crankshaft camshaft and idler gear are lined up
Bernie . Not easy to see but they all do line up .
