As of the 1st October there were:
3190 Digital TV transmitters currently listed on the ACMA database.

1943 Horizontal
1223 Vertical
24 are mixed Horizontal and Vertical

This includes a lot of areas which will have two frequencies listed for the one site.
Once the change over to the new frequencies is completed in a few months, the total number of licences should drop.

The good news is that once the restack is complete, you will not have to worry about receiving channels above ch51.
The ratio of Horizontal to Vertical will remain the same.
