At least Djokovic is gone and with hefty court costs, now maybe we can have a good AO. He won't be back, having your visa cancelled and deported for lying and deception, means you can't come back for at least 3 years.

“It is not part of the function of the court to decide upon the merits or the wisdom of the decision [by Mr Hawke].”
Delivering the unanimous verdict, he said: “The orders of the court are … the amended application be dismissed with costs.”
What did I say..... oh yeah..... but it all happened in the Federal Court and lower courts. Shouldn't have asked for 3 judges :- less money for the picnic.
Just a lawyers picnic.
Same play book. Client fights in the Federal court. Looses. Takes it to the High Court. High Court simply says the legislation is done by gov't and we can overrule legislation. If legislation says Minister can do it, and Minister says no. then no.
Here is your bill. Have a good day and thanks for coming.

Now he has a criminal record big time, to me that is worse than the crim that spent time in the big house for ?? unpaid speeding tickets etc and they can;t get into Oz even after 3 years if they don't declare it. He thought his name and $$ would be all he needed
