If alcohol is involved in 30% of all road deaths, then the other stone cold sober 70% are the dangerous ones. After all, they only say alcohol was involved, not the cause of the accident, maybe the alcohol calmed the driver to the extent he wasn't on the edge and quick enough to avoid the sober driver .......
