Just when you thought the lowest form of life had been identified yet an even lower species crawls out of the slime. They dress up in fancy black robes, wear wigs and very expensive black leather shoes and talk a language even other members of the sub species can't seem to understand.
Bring on the disruption that replaces these sub life forms with computer algorithms and they return to sewers they crawled out of

Not really his fault, he didn't have the slightest idea regarding Motor Vehicle accident Law as written by the NSW State Govt under direction of the insurance industry. Why they appointed a judge that didn't know anything about these laws is a question all of its own, how NRMA legal beagle could be allowed to instruct the judge on how the laws worked in a manner that tilted the whole proceedings in their favour by telling part truths and complete B/S is the big question that needs to be answered. As to why my legal team said nothing to stop it suggests there were reasons beyond my control as to why I was never going to get anything but screwed over.
Fortunately in the future, unless a virus is involved in the computer algorithms that make these judgments in seconds rather than after 14yrs, this sort of nonsense will come to an end and those involved will return to the slime they crawled out of
