I am considering buying a pad or tablet.
Which should I buy - a Tablet or a Pad and why ?
Your thoughts / comments /recommendations would be appreciated.

Not rubbish, probably something middle range and not so large as to be cumbersome to carry about.

Re: What to buy?
I think it depends on what you need to do with a computer. I have an iPad but find it of absolutely no use for my normal computing, it's a great GPS, calculator, book reader etc but totally useless for typing anything, CAD, programming etc etc. Mostly because the software just isn't available but also because there's no keyboard.
So I would at least get something that allows a keyboard to be plugged in, but as I said it depends on what you want to do with the device.

OK I must try that, although in my case the software I use just isn't available for my "serious" work.
How about a mouse?
