"tanks" here---
The blokes went fishing in that little tin thing---The Spotted Cod was about 2 ft long and had a mouth as big as ---what ever has a big mouth.
Wendy and Ash shared the fish with me, and I enjoyed a fillet as big as my whole hand, and about 1" thick after Ash cooked the fillets on a mighty little gas cooker thing. It is a Primus make and uses canister gas and folds up to fit into a little flat plastic type travel case. I'm looking at getting myself one to cook on, instead of the big gas Webber style bar-b-que.

Bob & Bev are also looking after me. Bev fed me up with pancakes with a mango dressing, and youghurt.
The Caretaker [Leon] invited me to a roast beef dinner last night which I declined as I had already started to cook dinner. He gave me a Rain Check for another time.
The campsite is busy with the in's and out's---coming and going during the day.
There is still plenty of room here for Dot & George, Chuck & Catrina, and the "Pope-mobile", and any other "visitors"when you all get here.
Ash & Wendy took delivery of my AustPost mail for me and a bit of shopping for fresh bread and salad things when they went for a drive to Karratha. . Several of my e-Bay items arrived and now I have things to play with while I sit in this magic place.
Perth overnight temp was 3c last night and only 2c in Wyalkatchem, while we lucky ones enjoyed the overnight temp of 17c. This is the best "Nursing Home" on the West Coast.
" Russell" is happy to be here and enjoys his little walks around the place, and his visits with the other dogs as they walk past the Tank. Everybody here is friendly and there is always somebody to have a chat with.
There is a book exchange box for the campers with several good books to read to fill in the quiet hours when I'm not looking at the Indian Ocean.
Keith.

I'm now 87 years old, having experienced another birthday, and I'm still living in WA, single (gave up looking), white hair, no teeth, no money, no worries.
I plan to have another birthday next year.

Sounding good considering we are freezing here. Fire is going but just using the wood we had from a couple of small trees cut down last year. To buy good red gum it is around the $320ton so the air con is just as cheap. Looking forward to tasting some real fresh fish, unless you catch it yourself it is near impossible to get really good fish here. :D

Goddam......
25July will be my last official day at work, I then have about 6 weeks of paid leave. Caroline has another job that will involve looping between narrogin, Merridin Kalgoorlie and Dongara for the rest of June and July. She will need to take the motorhome and get paid for doing so. What a life Hopefully we will have a clear couple of weeks to head north at the beginning of August, then we will see how the rest of the year lines up, but at the moment it looks like we will have heavily subsidised travel at 70c a k. Its a tough life, but someone has to do it.
