Both my MH and boat have Sikaflex around the kitchen bench and wet areas in the bathroom and I'm quite sure it's water proof for many many years but to be honest I'm not impressed with the way it has 'yellowed' over time.
One benefit of using Sika is that it IS able to be painted over.
A finger dipped in water creates a 'perfect' finish too.........
Roof & gutter from Selley's would be cheaper .......... (but it's silicon.........)

Agree - Sikaflex. You won't have to scrape it out and re do it in a couple of years.

I have found Bostik Seal N Flex 1 to be an excellent product, easy to use, comes in a range of colours, and if you run masking tape either side of an angle prior to application then wipe with a wet soapy finger prior to removing the tape when partially set you will have an excellent finish.

I have used it on the joins in the roof of our Bedford with great success. It is paintable.

The Bostik is a polyurethane - as is the Sikaflex.

Simson 7003 or 7005 for a faster seal, doesn't yellow, sticks like the proverbial and withstands very high temps so will not let go when the summer sun does it's thing. I was a disciple of the Sika brand, but since 1eddie introduced me to Simson I have to admit, it's a better product

Where do you get Simson from Terry?

Would you use it for solar panels onto the roof?
