Photo size
Was going to post a photo of 2 dubious characters at Ravenshoe but photo too big.

Re: Photo size
Kay I know quite a few of you will have a bit more trouble with resizing photos now that I can't run PostImage on the forum without getting errors but I wonder if you can just upload it directly to PostImage (http://www.postimage.org) & then put the link to that photo in your post? Would that work?
I'll do some testing later on when I catch up with a few things.
Yep. Like this.

Once uploaded I scrolled down to "Thumbnail for forum(1)" & chose COPY to clipboard or something like that?
Then posted that into your post & click submit.

Re: Photo size
And then there are heaps of FREE photo utilities like Irfanview available off internet download. Yes, I realise that may take some time to get up to speed with a new batch of software, so I sympathise.
I googled and got no fewer than TEN possibilities like the following;
Image Resizer for Windows - Home
https://imageresizer.codeplex.com/

Re: Photo size
What is the maximum size allowed, in Kb or pixel dimensions? I only received a message stating that the photo was too large.

At present I think it is 500kb and 1000 X 1000 pixels.
George you might have got that message while we were having problems.

How did you know that is who I was talking about? He certainly has- rather steep hills to climb around the house. Gorgeous setting & would be wonderful if all the garden had trickle irrigation.
