Moss Vale Showground

Post by dream4red »

I have recently read that Moss Vale Showground is now available for caravans etc. Has anyone been able to use this facility?
How did it go?
We are thinking of going there next week for an overnighter, but want to know a bit more if we can. It is too new to be on Badgers site, so can anyone help please?

It is on wiki camps $22 per night powered or unpowered, it has received good reviews folk saying that they would stay again.

We drove past last week end, or was it the week end before.... but anyway, seemed like there was plenty of room, 4 vans, a 5er and big bus all parked up with awning out and still room for a lot more vehicles. Pack your winter woollies as Moss Vale is tad cold this time of yr.

Thanks Terry. We're going to end up in Victoria, so the woollies are really going to be needed!

I downloaded wikicamps to my phone and as Shirley says, the comments are all good, so I will ring for a site on the day.

I stayed there for three nights in August. The ground was not very level, other than that not to bad. The dump point is hard to get to it's up near the caretakers bus, so ask when you are booking in.

Does Moss Vale allow buses. Thinking of making this a few days stop over.
