Fuel ripoff ??

Yesterday I bought diesel at Londonderry NSW @ 109.9 cents p/l.
I arrived at Bowral NSW some hours later and diesel is 140.9 cents p/l. [all s/stations]
Why are these ripoffs allowed? Where is the ACCC ?
I also filled my 9kg gas bottle for $16.90. at Londonderry.

Hands in their pockets as usual. Full of piss and wind but do absolutely nothing. Blame Coles and Woolworths they own most of the servos these days. $1.13at hot spot at northern end of Camden and normally doesn't change.

You don't have to travel hours to find differences in fuel prices. I can get fuel 1.5km from my home at one price, but then as I drive to my son's home 5km away I get it cheaper. And from the same supermarket station.

Over a 5km area here it will change by 20c ltr, it is related to what the market will pay and the location of the fuel station, the main highway stations are always the most expensive. Bowral is full of the well off so they wouldn't even think of questioning the price of fuel, Berrima is much the same as is Robertson, blame the Sydney commuters who choose to live in these places and travel to Sydney to work.
