Hopefully it wasn't an 'insurance job' as has been alluded to in the comments.
I'm certainly not suggesting that to be the case, soon be found out if that was.
I'm a bit surprised at the $150k damage figure considering the pics offered, seems a bit low to me.

Sad to say but Pinjarra has been known to be a "Troubled Area" by some groups.
