Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!
Sultanas are reckoned to be a healthy snack food.
Chocolate is supposed to be not so good for you.
If I eat a whole pack of chocolate covered sultanas, do the healthy sultanas neutralise the bad effects of the chocolate?
Or does the chocolate neutralise the benefits of the sultanas?
Either way, I reckon I’ll be OK and not gain weight.
Regards & God bless,
Ray

No value in that Chris.......... ya don't get the benefit of the Sultana goodness.
If ya don't like the sultana taste, just scoff'em kwik and don't chew'em.
That way they'll go straight thru ya and ya can pretend ya fellin better for the sultana intake, disregarding the sultana output........

Eating sultanas or dried prunes has the same effect on some people that drinking low end red wine has. Sulphates or sulphites,(which is is used to promote the drying process) can't remember which, have a really bad effect on some of us anglo-saxons. Of course if you aren't from that area of genetic inheritance then shoot the moon.
