Allamanda, I had a beautiful miniature Allamanda near my front door at our old home, when we moved out here & rented our old house, the tenant decided he didn't want it growing there & dug it out 
along with several other of my favourite plants, they came recommended by the agent, ended up trashing the house, huge mess, filthy dirty & owing several weeks rent when they vacated.
