Restaurant experience

Finally got a table at a restaurant, lovely place ordered a starter the waiter served it to us I noticed he had his thumb in the food, sod it wasn't going to spoil dinner by complaining, main course the same his thumb in my food getting a bit pi--ed off now, pudding the same had enough of this,I said “Oi why are you putting your thumb in our food?”
He replied “I've sprained my thumb my doctor has told me to keep it warm at all times “
“Well stick up your a--- then ffs” I said
He said “I do when I'm in the kitchen”
