Quite recently, T1 Terry and Margaret, his wonderful wife had some, which can only be described, as terrible news.
Their house and motorhome had managed to catch fire and are both totally destroyed. They have been left with nothing but what they were standing up in.
I can only describe as gutted, the feeling that I had when I heard that piece of news. I can only ever hope to imagine what they felt like when they saw the level if devastation that welcomed them when they got back to where their home and everything that they held dear used to be.
I just wanted to let them know that, if they ever need anything, just ask. Put a word out here, or PM or text any of our regular posters and we will do whatever we can.
I know that some of our forum friends have already given them a place to stay, til things get sorted out, and others had made an offer of help. A big thankyou to all those people, you know who you are.
Dunno what else to say really, except , if you think this is inappropriate Bruce, then delete it.
There are some wonderful people on this forum that actually do give a rats about their mates. Once again, you know who you are. And thanks for being here.
Recent happenings.

Re: Recent happenings.
Totally agree with everything you've said David!
I honestly am not sure I could cope in similar circumstances.
Having spoken to both of them I'm sure they are fully aware of the support that is there from many people when & if they need it. At present it's more one step at a time.

Sadly, we are so far away that I doubt we can be useful but if there is anything at all we can do please let us know.
We’ve known Terry and Margaret since 2012 and have greatly benefitted from their expertise through 2 caravans and our current MH.
If we can help, please let us know.

Certainly terrible news about Margaret & Terry, to loose all their property their anguish must be unbelievable, but hey they & Coco are are ok that is the main thing, everything else is material possessions, thinking of them & wishing them a better future.
Shirley & Bruce.

What terrible news, let's hope life turns around for Terry and Margaret soon. Extremely devastating to lose all your possessions like that, just when things were looking good and hopefully they can come out of this disaster soon in a better situation. If I was closer, would do all I could to help but, sadly far away. My thoughts are with them both and can't imagine how terrible they must feel, there's always a silver lining in all dark clouds and hope Terry and Margaret see theirs soon.
