Hope the mottleemob are all settled in comfortably at your place Dot. $320 and that included totally dropping and turning a hardwood into dust? You might be making a good decision to move over there after all, Phil. We just paid a mere $2500 to have a huge gum felled and it took them another week to remove the chunks of tree from the footpath. Different prices in different areas, I guess.
We have had a freezing cold weekend, the wind has had a chunk of ice in every puff. Not my favourite weather, but we stayed warm by the gas fire and did very little.
Lovely floral candles are now being snuffed.

Sitting here enjoying a fine glass of Durif with the air con going, a rustling behind, here is a rather large blue tongue cruising in for a quick warm

Terry and Dot, you are both extra early tonight. I came in now, thinking I would surprise you, but you both are gone already. Oh well, it's too cold to be sitting up here. I cant really justify using the huge gas heater just for me, so off to the electric blanket warmth for me.
I left a night light on for the stragglers, candles all snuffed.

It's getting a tad cool here so I think I'll go and try out my electric throw rug as an on top electric blanket under the doona, my bluetongue friend hasn't come out of hiding to get a warm tonight so he must have found a warm spot some where.
Candles are light for your sniffing pleasure Deborah, raspberry blossom the packet said and they are a red colour so.....sleep well

Where is everyone today I had a good day, boxed up heaps of stuff for op shop (later on) , then I had the pleasure of giving Miss Mia a bath, blow dry, nails trimmed, a special gland relieved and some detangling done as a result of her winter woolly jacket and to top her treatment off she had a tiny spray of pretty doggie cologne. Brian was in his element, he would stalk her then run towards her sideways all fluffed up and enjoying seeing Miss Mia turn tail and run away It was really funny to watch but he does make a habit of tormenting dogs of all sizes So now it is time to say goodnight everyone x hope to see more of you all tomorrow Goodnight Mia x

Dot, that poor dog you made her suffer the dogue cologne and forgot to paint her toenails.

Had a day of retail therapy for a few hours and then came home to the sounds of welcome rain.

Hope it's warm there under your special heated throw Terry, my bed is warming as we speak. Candles being snuffed now,

I've relit the raspberry candles for you Deborah as they are big candles in a very nice glass holder.... that will make a great wine glass once the candle is finished
Cause I can't watch the state of origin I'm getting grumps and going to bed.... well actually its getting real cold and the air con doesn't want to play the game for some reason, so good night all
