I thought the water wasn't as hot or lasting as long but G said like you hmmmmm "I don't think so" come to think of it was I ref to the HWS or the old boy? same symptoms :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:
Wayne, are you taking measurements of that wire you are ripping out??

I wouldn't have changed that anode..... yet.
I'd reckon there was still 50 to 60% left.

Yes have replace it with brass bus bar and moved a lot of surpluses wire the the last owner double up on :D

pulled the wiring/opening closing thingy of the Thetford C2 toilet, striped it down some checked that everything that moves could, the only dodgy thing I found was the contacts for the 5 amp fuse, the fuse holder was easy to dismantle and after cleaning the corroded contacts with some sand paper put the lot back in, twisted the knob nothing **&%###@&* went back and gave the fuse a bit of a jiggle, tried the knob again and yippee the pump works.
I have found the Caravans Plus website very helpful with parts and they do include manuals and how to fix with very good photos showing the bits and how to remove them from the toilet, fridge etc

Drove it out of terry work shop after three week on a wonderful holiday in south Australia :D :D :D

Yes just very minor problem alternator/inverter /on , off switch on dash made out of cheap chinese plastic melted with 24 volt :oops: :o :twisted:
