Wayne I think you may be surprised at the lack of damage in your motorhome. The suspension is usually pretty good on tour buses or else the passengers would complain.
Slight shifting to the kerb side is expected so depending which side your fridge is located ...... be careful opening that door!

Yes, your quite right Bruce, the ride is very smooth, airbag city. There is a mandatory grinding of gears and cursing of mouth to interupt the calmness, thats all
The fridges (pidgeon pair) are on the drivers side but upstairs, any sideways wallowing is amplified a bit by the height. Me thinks there might have to be a beer fridge installed downstairs and relegation of responsiblity for packing food fridges can be left to the missus.

replaced a few rubber stair treads -behind one was a crack that got a stiffener plate rivetted to it. The door mount meant that area copped some abuse.

Hi George I bought one direct from the states about 8 years ago they were available 12 or 24 volt sure I didn't pay that much for it, best investment I made only down side being that it doesn't show the Rpm when using the exhaust brake, not a problem when you get used to the revs but would be nice to know. Check the size of your injector line when you order.

While you're sitting there, Ray, perhaps you could plan replacing the door and steps with a hydraulic ramp!

mmmmmm ..... got me thinking Steve....
Wendy has trouble getting into the passenger's side door and has to get in the wizz-bang door by using a portable step. Once inside I have to put it inside before wizzing the door shut. Getting her out is similar problem. I have to get out, open wizz-bang & put the step down for her to let her out.
Maybe I should leave her home? Would that work?
OUCH! that hurt!!!

OK, I need an electric step for the passenger's door AND the wizz/bang door..............

Perhaps, Bruce, you could plan your itinerary around visiting towns with disused railway stations. In fact here is an idea for CMCA - using the area around old railway stations for low cost camping. Those places had power, water and sometimes sewerage connection. Small bit of money might get them serviceable again and Wendy could get on and off the MH.
