Nightly Goodnight Everyone

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Feels like summer is about to spring up on us. Back to wearing shorts n tshirts, makes me a lot happier.
I am back to cleaning out cupboards, what a long winded job. I think I will still be emptying and tossing stuff until way after Christmas.

Time for some shut eye, so nighty night everyone. xxx

Dot, I seem to remember going to Broken Hill to a big silver place. Inside they had a 360 panoramic display/arty farty sculpture that was worth every cent of the entry fee. Said no photos allowed, but do smuggle your camera in, its well worth a visit.
Spent the day redesigning a bedroom curtain, for the van of course. It is a long curtain made of a pretty strong floral pattern. After much fiddle farting/ unpicking and doing again, I settled on a wide strip of plain contrasting fabric across the bottom, that is divided into three pockets for all those little things that you never find when you need them. The next few days, I will make up the other three bedroom curtains. Should not take as long, now that the design has been done.

Time for bed, so nighty night everyone. xxx

Clever idea, Deb!
Never thought of putting pockets on a m/h curtain!
I've got pockets on my undies, though...

Good night all. Back on workshop guard duty cause we can't close the workshop door and we don't have any over nighters in the yard. Margaret decided to stay at the house tonight so I is here all by myself, not even Crunchie wanted to come back here
Tonight's candles are trimmed hedge scented to remind me I need to trim the hedge before it turns into a tree, I thought it would be one of those one Sunday mth jobs, but every Sunday seems to be much the same as any other day with no spare time for hedge trimming.
Enjoy sniffing the candles Deborah, still seems to be that bouquet of Dotties wet socks hanging around in here, maybe I missed one of the candles or she really did leave a wet sock in here

Don't forget to trim the hedge Terry. ;)

Thanks Ray, I thought it was a brain wave, when it finally came together. :D Made another curtain today, just had a slow day with specialist appointment. Now I know the kidneys are all good, that's one thing ticked off the list. Wish that the rest of my health had the same rating!

Dot, enjoy the ride mate, you have been out on the road for a goodly time. What's the hurry now? spend some time in the outback towns, the people are just magic. Really down to earth types, slow down and enjoy the ride. xxxxxx :) ;)  :P

Having an early start tomorrow , so off to bed early.
Goodnight one and all xxx

All quiet at the lair too. Went to visit my chiro today so am walking a bit straighter now. All curtains competed and ironed ready for installation tomorrow. So far, I am happy with how they look, the final judgement will be made once they are all settled in place and we are out of the area in the van... yay that will have to be soon.
I am exhausted from all that sewing and unpicking, so off to slumber.
Nighty night everyone. xxx
