Many years ago I saw a chap scalped like the Red Indians had got to him after he had an accident in a small truck with an over head console. Please put some soft padding along the front edge Bernie.
Then again I guess you'd look the same with or without your scalp!!!

Here ya go Dot not happy with them but will do till I buy some dear ones , cheap plastic $14 each from Bunnings .
The overhead is just up with a cuppla bolts till I buy some timber for the two doors .

The cupboard on the left hand rear inside Peter's 5er was on the floor after he went bush with it, so make sure it's well attached and the cupboards lock well, one never seems to plan the very sudden stop applied by an immovable object is placed in the path of travel so it should at least be part of installation plan for the cupboard and contents remains where it should be.
No sure if you remember the photos of the RV that ran off the road and into a creek or dam of some sort, the rescue mob were busy trying stop him from drowning because the contents of the RV was up against the back of his seat pining him against the steering wheel all the time the vehicle was sinking further into the water. The accident itself was a minor run off the road and into a paddock, the unsecured or insufficiently secured RV contents was making it a life threatening crash

So true Bruce those big trucks scare me to pieces esp when their eyes are closed :) Bernie did you get the "block out" blinds?
