After almost 3 and half years in the process, today I actually had it all signed off by Structural Engineer and Roadworthy inspector and got it registered.
WOW!!!
Going on a shakedown trip to Dubbo / Sydney next week.

Well done!! Must be a big relief to know that everything you've done has been worth it?
A nice photo of the rig on the road will prove it!!!

I converted a toilet/shower shield we use on the Teardrop to suit the camper van as well.
Anneee reckons it will be just fine, and she won't have to make a spectacle of herself trying to get the popup dunny tent back in its bag.

Got Sydney the Pace Arrow registered in our name, so we now have two motorhomes in two continents. As sydney will be 30 yrs old next year he gets classed as an antique, so becomes elegible for lifetime registration.still in process of removing smelly carpet, and replacing step, but thats pretty much itto have him all sorted

I understood that lifetime registration of a 30+ year old vehicle limited the GVM to 50%?
