Nightly Goodnight Everyone

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Ahh,

there are 2 Jon's on here.

I've been mistaken a couple of times. And I'm stuck here and not there.

:-)

Sorry Jon-d, yes Bruce you are right, obviously it was Jon and Kay who dropped by again today. Very happy people.

Steve, if you put OR into the word, it may help. I just don't like to write that particular 4 letter word.

Dot, travel safely, There are a lot more emus about this year and as you know they are the most stupid of the creatures that we travel with. They certainly have no road sense.

Did more w***ing today at the Gemfest, was good for us. I am now a happy dragon lady, with glass finally turning into petrol.
I am now very stuffed from all that w**king, so off to a warm bed.
Sleep well my friends, good night xxx

So it's goodnight from me.xxx

OK also time for me to say goodnight everyone x :D Have not seen any emus Wrigley sticks, lizards, or live roos as yet. A few bloated cows ready to erupt :( and the odd roo and even saw 2 of the wedge tailed eagles that had been hit. :( That truck that pulled in earlier had his genny going flat out for a few hrs and I guess he is asleep now. No dingoes calling tonight just the chubby bitch from inside the bus, got no answer ;) Good sales then Deborah, well done. Goodnight Mr Russell and Tanks x :D

I'm now 87 years old, having experienced another birthday, and I'm still living in WA, single (gave up looking), white hair, no teeth, no money, no worries.
I plan to have another birthday next year.

The bugs are in plague proportions so time to turn lights /screens off so goodnight everyone x :) Shall be a couple of weeks away I reckon Russell depends on how fast we go each day in this heat. This road is even worse that the Barkly HW. Now it is cold 22.8 so goodnight again x

Dot, we reckoned that the Barkly Hwy was better than many of the roads around our home and yes, the Qld roads are definitely getting worse over the years. I hate the ones where the road drops away at the side of the tar to a sort of sloping mess. Big loads terrify us when on those roads, with nowhere to escape in safety. So drive safely and enjoy the scenery.

We wandered across to the East today to get to Rockhampton, where we will be for the next week. It feels so good to have a clean annex with mats all down. No more dust and gravel, like we had at Anakie.
All this dragging caravan across the state is tiring, so off to sleep early. :D
Sleep tight, goodnight xxx

Time for me to say goodnight everyone x :) Need to really think seriously about more motor ventilation when it is this hot. Love the cattle out here, beautiful eyes how can we send them to those rotten countries that abuse them so cruelly is beyond me.. 3 big fat black pigs all in a bloated position all that has been seen today apart from a few fresh roos that must have done some damage unless it was a truck that hit them.. Goodnight Toolman x :D

Just don't let it be a bus that squishes those oinkers Dot, yucko. Keep enjoying the tropical weather, isn't it just lovely compared to the nasty weather down South?

We started on our rest days very seriously today and slept until 10AM. Very nice to be able to finally stop and wander around a town that actually has shops and stuff to look at. I found a big spotlight, so spent a lot of time wandering the aisles. Bought very little, but it was nice to have the opportunity to browse.

I think the heat is catching up with me too, so goodnight everyone xxx
