Safe travels Dot.
Had a computer workout day today. Removed a heap of old photo files off a very old computer, sorted and named them and filed them away on the main home computer. One of those jobs that was on the list of jobs that I hate, but had to be done. Now the old computer can be sent elsewhere to clutter up a techo landfill site somewhere. It's so old that nobody wants it, so it has to go.
Almost bed time, so I will say good night now.

Dot, recommend that you stay away from Toowoomba with your bus next year hey? That is one heck of a place to avoid. The steep hill in and out of the place is enough to turn anyone off it.

Visited the fang farrier today for a couple of replacement fillings, another one next week. Now that's not a good way to spend a morning. Grocery shopping all done and now it's quiet time...at last. A nice soft pillow is waiting and it's that time of night,

Did the domestic stuff today...boring. Then played with the new printer. I proved that I can work it and made some great posters for the stall on bright A3 paper and a few for our local Progress group to hang around town. So the day wasn't totally wasted.

After all that excitement, I need some ugly sleep,

Dot you aint the only one who is knackered.
Had to celebrate HWMBO'd birthday today, so out to lunch again yadda yadda. Came home to bees trying to move into our house, through some tiny holes in the brickwork. Called an apiarist friend who sorted it all out. Silliconed the holes to keep the bees out and then she stayed for arvie tea with her mate to watch the bee progress. She said that her first look was enough to see that some of the bees were out searching for a new home and that the rest of the hive would follow later. By the time she had patched up the holes, the whole blasted swarm arrived and got a bit aggro at her for stuffing up their new home. Thankfully my friend was all suited up and didn't get stung. They got the message that they weren't wanted, so they finally flew off in a buzz of anger. A very different way to spend a birthday.

What a stinker of a day it was, both air cons going all day and never went outside at all. Heading off in the morning and it appears this whole week is going to be HOT. Oh well it happens so Goodnight everyone x goodnight Wendy x:)

T'was really hot today here as well Dot. Might as well stay where you are then. Looks like being a very firey week down here, so take it with caution and listen to the radio for any warnings.
All quiet in the lair. Some of the bees returned and sulked on the brickwork in a huddle. So after consulting my mate, we spayed a little bit of surface spray around. Just enough to make em move away,(didn't want to murder them, and we didn't) then we saturated the wall. The bees wont return now .... we hope.
