Nightly Goodnight Everyone

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Geez you lot are all sleepy heads. Thanks for the candle power.

David, I think your mathematrix is a bit way off the beam. I will be a little over 100 when my new filling is 40 years old, if it lasts that long. :o :o

Another busy day in the lair. House clean n tidy-ish, grocery shop all done ands caravan is packed and waiting for lift off late morning. Just a little trip to the Hunter Valley, so no need to rush.

Travel safely out there, remembering the boys in blue are offering a two for one offer for the weekend ( it's a double demerits weekend here)

sleep well you lot, good night xxx
Deborah

Goodnight you lot, in a nice gravel pit for the night just about into Peak Hill. Took the back roads from Bobr's place to Dubbo and what a great road that was, enjoyed that part through the forest. So Goodnight Bob & Robyn and Bruce #2 :) x

Sorry David, I frogot that the number was there. I am really doing well for that age then ;) ;)

Dot, now you are powering home. Watch out for those boys n girls in blue. They are everywhere it seems. ;) :D

Made it to Cessnock today and am totally disgusted with the sardine can park.    We have stayed here before and it was ok, but they have now squished 10 sites onto a spot where they previously had 5. Tough luck if you want your car close to the van, it probably wont fit! They have used a lot of what were once lovely green spaces and made even more minute spots. As it is a big 4, I will be send off a nice email to the head office, Not impressed at all. If this is an example of what ingenia lifestyles does to the parks that it buys, well I will be boycotting them in future. Would have stayed at the showgrounds, but because it's for a wedding, we needed to be sure of a space. Sorry for not trying the showgrounds now.

I need to sleep to get rid of this grumpiness, so good night from me xxx

Travelled Strathalbyn to Bordertown yesterday. 8 Police cars and 2 cameras over the 300 odd kms. 2 idiots passing lines of traffic over the double lines - Police cars hiding behind bushes catching drivers a few kms over but no one to see the real killers. Not advocating speeding, just saying!

To me, a few plain cars catching dangerous drivers would be more cost effective to the community than the revenue raising strategy. It's a bit like raising taxes on alcohol to reduce drinking or imposing a carbon tax to reduce electricity use. Well, those strategies make poor people even poorer more so than do what is hoped for. Some people will use less electricity - did I mention the poor people? But what politician or curly haired, bearded greeny cares if old people die because they can't afford to use a heater on a freezing morning or use an aircon when it is 100 degrees.

Better stop now or I'll get a letter for being off topic. Long live the old people. I feel a T shirt coming on. :D :D :D

You hit the nail on the head Steve, we have only seen 2 of those brightly painted highway cop cars today and they are missing the idiots out there, totally agree they need to be in stealth mode. Getting cooler as we head further south but good travelling weather. Now you see why so many people despise those greedy caravan parks Deborah, we were in one park in Carnarvon WA and we couldn't open the bus door or any of the bins, then there was that cp at Ipswich that had no sites for anything over 20ft, and they wonder why we don't go there. Anyway time for a shower and a bit of telly so goodnight everyone x :) goodnight Wilbor x :) where the bloody hell are you??

All weddinged out now. It has been a very long day. Wedding was lovely and friendly. Great meeting up with so many old friends, but now I need some sleep, especially as someone has just reminded me that they are stealing an hour of my sleeping time tonight.

So it's a good night from me xxx
