Today was catch up with the washing and domesticated stuff...boring. I slowly watched an hour of class on how to use bottle glass in the kiln, but with the way my internet is so intermittent, it took an hour and a half to actually see the lesson, just so frustrating. I will still learn the stuff, but it looks like it's going to be a sloooooooooooooow process.

Had a long visit to the quack, drugs all written up and various extras sorted. Flu shot done and dusted. Looks like we will be around for bit longer yet.

Must be something in the air, like Dot, I had a slow day too. Watched another episode of glass class and did some office stuff. The shed has been ignored this week and I don't feel at all guilty about it.

Had a scan done on my knee, not looking great, but will try the steroid injection in a couple of weeks. Just to see if that will stave off further treatments for a while. Still no venturing to the shed, I had to do the grocery shop instead. How mundane.

Might be worth enquiring about the lubricant injection rather than the steroid one as the results are a lot better and does far less damage to the joint apparently. If I'd had a win at this motor vehicle accident court trip I was planning to get that done on my left knee but that is on hold now for a while.
