Yippee yippee. Just got our tenants who want to move in on 23rd Feb. Certainly not a problem as we will be in van & they have said because date was supposed to be 1st March, but they have to move from present home on 26th, that we can stay on front lawn . They are a couple nearly due for retirement. I was getting a little worried but I sure will sleep to-night now. They love our patio/van area as I think they said that they had a camper trailer.
