It was the usual bun fight amongst our indigenous folk. actually came to blows at one stage.Its the treaty the bloody poms made with the Maori. Give em everything they want but make em sue for it.Given em billions and they still want more. They are putting in for owning the water now, they want air rights for the analog tv we just quit.
They want all this stuff but they wont give us back the muskets and blankets we traded with them...

Having a cuppa by myself- not even a good coffee Bruce & the movong guys have just left with the majority of the furniture to storage. Me sitting on 10" high stool at coffee table. Could go to van but a little hot in there at the moment. Three guys here & costing us $60/hour but what the heck- saves my back etc. We are going to shift all the cartons, tubs, striped bags etc ourselves.

And another cat has been shot & killed this time in Mt Gambier by some A hole with home made bow & arrow it was a bolt wrapped with barbed wire and the kitten was shot in the gut area. Time has come for the so called animal protection agencies to really get serious when it comes to prosecuting these bastards that thrill kill defenceless creatures... Just a step up the ladder for the humans that do this stuff to their fellow humans, matter of time

There are 2 oldies here that are totally stuffed- Only a desk & TV cabinet left in house apart from a few tubs. Lounge suite is 2 camp chairs, 2 directors chairs & camp table to eat at as TV in van has decided to pack it in. First cooked meal in the van for the next 12 mths Yea
Tenants want to take for 12 mths instead of 6mths with option to extend so that suits us fine. Even sent washing machine to storage so it is now my tiny twin tub from the van. Shall probably lease here on 25th as going to Les Mis on 4th, then head up to Bundy for a few days before heading sth.
All happening now- dentist to-morrow, Dr Monday, Boob squashed 18th hair cut 18th ,get rid of Cooper tyres next week, sew awning for offside van Friday.

Your calendar sounds a bit like mine Kay. Painter finished the outside of the house today so that's another thing off the list. Going to treat ourselves with lunch at Spirit House Yandina next Wednesday using a gift voucher I got for last Mothers's Day. Will hit the Eumundi markets that morning to pick up a birthday present for youngest daughter.

Dot all I am doing is sewing a piece of rope along 6 mtrs, hemming both sides & the bottom then buying those clamp thingies that Terry (i think) suggested & that is basically it.
Lesley would love a free day to do nothing!
