Had a quite day, building up the accommodation for our daughter and her family. The tentmahal is almost ready for her to arrive tomorrow. Son arrived today with his caravan and his wife brought their boat. So they have some outings already planned. After a shared dinner tonight, they were all exhausted from driving from Sydney, so an early night was had and we are now enjoying some peace before our calm will be disturbed tomorrow.

I can relate to this , I make my own spirits and had made a "Special Christmas Brew" for friends and some relatives.
Phyl and I sampled a bit last night and decided "this stuff is too nice for him" , so he was left with a sniff in 2 empty glasses on the sink.
I'm afraid the "Christmas Spirit/s" were in short supply by midnight

Brain is a bit wooly this morning ( but who cares lol )

Had all the usual Christmas events, kids opening stockings. adults opening pressies, everyone getting stuffed at lunch. Then we declared the pudding could wait until dinner time cause we were too stuffed. We grazed on some leftover chooken and salad, the had our pudding tonight.

All jollied out now, so good night and merry Christmas. It's all over for another year xxx
