Re: Thought for Today
T1, over the past 5 years or so I started to get some new ache and pains in my hips and elbows. I thought it was the onset of arthritis but after talking with my GP we started a process of elimination. I found that just about anything with wheat in it gave me grief. Same for most types of potatoes and tomatoes. Kypflyer (spl) potatoes and Roma tomatoes are the few exceptions. That was compounded by taking statins to keep the high cholesterol in check. So, after consultation I stopped taking statins. Now I can tolerate spag bol or a pie or pizza occasionally. It takes quite a while to work out what your body doesn't like anymore, but the best place to start is by talking to the GP.

Hi Terry I don't call it a food problem
Meat and three veg's I was brought up on it and still eat the same .
And if you were paying attention at Jon's place I didn't vote because I didn't taste the food on offering
I did have a small bit of that loaf you made ....
Only because of the beer
I'm not a Doctor !!!!
Bernie .
You have to be careful with tomato's Dave ...my next door suffers gout from them .
I/we have tomato's most days .

Re: Thought for Today
David,
-- You've dropped stations from your diet — leads to lack of iron in the diet.
-- Spam Bol is what kept Britain 'Great' after WW11 — but at the cost of their health, hence the need for the NHS.
So you need to resume consumption of stations, and eliminate Spam Bol from your diet. SIMPLES!

I think I've worked out where your problem lies:So, after consultation I stopped taking stations. Now I can tolerate spam bol or a pie or pizza occasionally.

Re: Thought for Today
Bought a pair of driving gloves on the internet.
They arrived today... both are 'lefties'.
On the one hand, they're a great fit.
On the other hand, they're just plain wrong.

Re: Thought for Today
Ray, thanks for highlighting my spelling mistakes.
That third glass of red was obviously enough to cause a vision deficiency on my part. At least I managed to spell statins correctly once in that post.
Never is ever simple at my place.

Ever wondered how they achieve "Contactless Delivery"? Does every thing hover on a cushion of air and move by air blasts? Or have they mastered levitation and are keep that quite because of the Virus? After the links between the virus and 5G, imagine what levitation could be linked to .......

Re: Thought for Today
I told my water authority I couldn’t pay the bill this quarter.
They sent me a “Get well soon” card.
Ba-boom tish!
