The World Health Organisation has announced that dogs cannot contract or transmit Covid-19.
Therefore all dogs being held in quarantine are to be released immediately.
To make this announcement abundantly clear:

There are claims the reproduction rates are falling in most 1st world countries .... yet they produce many more village idiots that ever before .... I put it down to interfering with the laws of nature and blocking them from removing themselves from the gene pool ......
