Re: Thought for Today
Give you all a laugh, my mother has been dead 26 years this month, I have her glory box still full of the contents as she left in it,
contents include her wedding dress, baby cloths, including our first shoes & heaps of other things that she no doubt treasured, my sister in law asked me recently when she was staying what was in it, told her & opened it only showed her the top things but she just couldn’t believe it
Mum would be 109.

Re: Thought for Today
Bernie there is a large table cloth with tulips embroidered around the edges, only needs the middle completed, maybe one day when I have time & some other embroidery pieces not even started in Mum’s box, I did take several hankies out of it a few years ago as I like to carry a handkerchief with me.

In an emergency you can use coffee filter papers as toilet paper.
… but it does make the coffee taste funny.

Re: Thought for Today
I went to the Dr the other day to see about my weight problem.
He put me on a glutton-free diet.
Ba-boom tish!

Re: Thought for Today
Not sure if this is the right spot for this pic that I found on social waffle. But anyway, here it is.
Can anyone enlighten me as to the reference to 8.32. Is it biblical or have I missed something?
There are a few classic lines apart from all the usual nutbag stuff.

8:32???
NFI…
But I wouldn’t worry too much about it.
The scribbler seems to have a persecution complex.
Maybe that’s the time he expects “THEM” to come for him and lock him up in a psych ward…
