Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Good mornming All.

Further from my problem with the lawn mower not starting, as there was no spark and my lack of tools I gave up.
I then went to bunnies and purchased a Ryobi 36 volt battery model and put my old mower out on the street verge yesterday for anyone who may want it. This morning it is nowhere to be seen :D .

I will point out that I had purchased the old mower some 20 years ago, 2nd hand so had a good run.

It will be interesting to see what you think of the Ryobi battery lawn mower George.
When our electric one finally gives up the ghost I'll try to talk the minister for war and finance to allow me to buy an EGO unit. We already have the chainsaw, hedge trimmer, multi tool head unit and brush cutter attachment and a whipper snipper ... but the whipper is still in its plastic bag, hard enough to grow grass in SA, no point in bashing it to death if it wanders out of bounds, cut it off with the shovel and replant it in the dead spots

We will leave Kerang soon and head up the highway. Apparently they are expecting big rain out this way, they certainly need it, but the roads flood easily out this way so .... might put a few big kms in today

Good morning 17c, showers developing, maximum 22c, looks dull at the moment.

Played bowls like a champ y’day, skip in pairs again won 26-8, must of been the sleep   playing in the mixed 4s the weekend, heavy rain is forecast for our area both days.

We’ve had an emanated dog roaming the area the last week, finally caught in a trap it must of been severely ill treated to be so scared of humans, apparently the owner has left left the area, 2 more dogs in the same condition belonging to him were found up in the Hunter.

Unbelievable people can be so cruel to an animal, the dogs are now in care & hopefully survive & find a loving forever home.

Bernie have you looked in all your pockets for the scanner :? probably like Bruce placed in a safe secure place & now can’t find it :D didn’t lend it to a neighbour :?

We’ve had a couple of boat sheds broken into this week, fellow in a hoodie seen running off, police attended, fellow a couple of doors from us had 3 fishing rods stolen from his unlocked garden shed last week  local FB page reports a couple of cars stolen & several broken into in Gwandalan, not good.

Good morning everyone. Its cool and overcast here on the Southern Downs. We are almost packed and ready to head home today. Should be home for lunch.
Shirley, I'm glad you bowled well. The grub that owned those dogs needs locking up and no food for a few days.
Hope you find what you're looking for Bernie. You must have left it somewhere.
Safe travels everybody, have a top day.
Anyone heard from Dot lately?
Cheers

Poor dog, that is terrible, but no one left food out for it either?

We escaped the swamp at the Narrandera RV park, rain over night turned the dry powder on top to a boggy mess. The motorhome simply idled out in first gear no problems, but a few 4 x 4s left some big trenches when they tried to move their caravans

Managed to leave the door step thingy at Conargo when we stopped to make lunch, there can't be many places we haven't left one by now

We are at Ariah Park (near Temora) for the next few days, might get a few more projects sorted ... then again, maybe I won't

Glad to hear you and Faye are well as are we. So it wasn’t the hugs in Loxton that brought G and D down. Hope they recover soon.
Cheers

Morning everyone.
We had one shower of rain ☔ about midday...for about 3 minutes.
Not enough for the frogs to chirp about.
I have figured out how to find my scan meter... I've ordered a new one...bet I find it now 😁😁
Dot being crook is different.
Did you get the lawn mower out Dave.
Terry don't you do a walk around before departure 😬
Where are you Keith and what's been happening...
And last... good onya Shirley.
Keep safe.
